Legal retainer services, also known as in-house lawyer services for businesses, can be understood as businesses being able to request lawyers to consult and perform certain legal tasks that arise during the course of their business operations.
In fact, legal retainer services are a type of consulting provided by professional law organizations through legal service contracts with clients. Consulting activities can be carried out in various forms such as direct consulting at the business premises, consulting via email, consulting via telephone, through social media platforms or through written communication to the business, depending on agreement with the client.

2	Basic Package	Contact YBS for Service Quotation
	Up to 10 (ten) legal requests per month including: Checking and giving advice on terms and clauses in the Contract in a direction that is beneficial or appropriate to the interests of the parties according to the latest legal regulations (excluding drafting, reviewing contracts, documents) for labor contracts, sales contracts, distribution contracts, business cooperation contracts...; Providing some form templates as prescribed by the state agencies; Reviewing and confirming the legality of documentation which the Client has drafted or implemented in respect of business operation, giving legal advice for such documentation as required by the Client; Checking the legal status of the enterprise and advising on administrative procedures with state agencies, check internal legal issues within the enterprise; Consulting, guiding the procedures for initiating commercial disputes to the Court; Consulting, guiding the procedures for appealing administrative decisions contrary to legal regulations of state agencies causing damage to the enterprise; Advising on procedures for changing the content of business registration whenever there is a change in the business. 	Up to 15 (fifteen) consultation requests per month, including: All work of the basic package; Reviewing and editing contracts and documents; Drafting contracts and documents upon request; Consulting on business restructuring procedures: advising on procedures for purchasing, selling, dividing, splitting, merging, dissolving, transferring capital contributions, and shares; Consulting on trademark, brand, intellectual property, copyright, and related rights registration procedures; Advanced consulting on civil contracts, labor contracts, and commercial business according to business requirements; Guiding the preparation of documents and procedures for initiating lawsuits to resolve commercial business disputes through court and arbitration; Supporting lawyers in providing direct consultation at the headquarters/representative office/branch of the enterprise whenever there are meetings or other legal-related matters; Representing the enterprise in administrative complaint procedures against unlawful administrative decisions that cause damage to the enterprise; Advising on customs procedures for import-export, domestic goods circulation, etc.; Notifying when there are new legal regulations, and changes in legal content related to the type of activity of the enterprise...

	Up to 30 (thirty) legal requests per month, including: All work of the specialized package; Consulting on legal issues arising during the operation of the enterprise; Coordinating with the enterprise's personnel to complete the provided legal services; Representing the enterprise in litigation and working with state agencies when disputes arise during the enterprise's operations; Participating in tasks at areas where issues arise (excluding travel and other expenses)...

Remarks:

− For the sponsored, basic, and advanced packages, all consulting content is in Vietnamese. If there is a request for bilingual English-Vietnamese version, YBS Law Firm shall provide an additional quotation.
− Consulting service is conducted via phone, email, social media or advisory letters, depending on the enterprise's request.
