CIVIL LAW

Civil law is the compilation of regulations governing civil relationships or transactions arising between individuals, legal entities with each other regarding property, personal status, marriage on the basis of equality, freedom of will, independence in property and the self-responsibility of the subjects participating in civil relationships. Civil rights can only be restricted as provided by law in cases necessary for reasons of national defense, national security, order, social safety, social ethics, community health.

Property relations: Property relations are associated with a specific asset expressed in one form or another, including: objects, money, valuable papers, and property rights. Property relations are very diverse and complex due to the factors constituting those relationships including: participants, affected objects, and the content of those relations.
Personal relations: Personal rights are civil rights associated with a subject, in principle cannot be transferred to another subject, except in cases where other laws related to different provisions. Civil law regulates personal relationships by stipulateing which personal values are considered personal rights, the sequence of implementation, limitations of those personal rights, also stipulates measures for implementation, protection of personal rights.

Civil rights are established from the following bases:

Contracts;
Unilateral legal acts;
Decisions of the Court, other competent authorities as prescribed by law;
Results of labor, production, business activities; results of creative activities creating intellectual property ownership;
Property possession;
Use of property, benefits from property without legal basis;
Causing damage through unlawful acts;
Unauthorized performance of acts;
Other bases as prescribed by law.
