Ms. Luu Thi Minh Thu is currently an Associate at YBS Law Firm, one of the core members who are in charge of intellectual property and enterprise’s legal consultancy, having significant experienced in advising enterprises in compliance with statutory law in their business operation, checking, reviewing legal risk in company’s contract before signing; advising enterprises in the field of intellectual property and intellectual property protection.

Ms. Minh Thu has practical experience in the field of business and foreign investment in Vietnam for new investment projects. She has also participated in consulting on issues related to trade, business and labor.
