Lawyer Ha Dang has in-depth knowledge of consulting for businesses, procedures related to intellectual property such as copyright protection, trademark registration, industrial property protection, in addition to other fields such as labor, insurance, land, housing, types of licenses and legal environment in Vietnam.

At YBS Law Firm, Lawyer Ha Dang is a Managing Partner of the Company and is in charge of specializing in files in many different sectors.

Before establishing YBS Law Firm, Lawyer Ha Dang had many years of experience as a legal consultant for real estate, manufacturing, and medical service businesses, responsible for consulting on related to the operation and business of the enterprise to help the enterprise develop in parallel with controlling risks. In addition, Lawyer Ha Dang also has over 5 years of experience working as a Lawyer and Legal Director for MCV Media and Technology Group - one of the largest domestic media groups with many subsidiaries operating diversely, in which Lawyer Ha Dang is the main person responsible for all consulting, advising and directly resolving all legal matters of the Group.

During his practice as a lawyer, Lawyer Ha Dang has also represented and participated in protecting the rights of many individual and corporate clients in Vietnam in most fields.
